We ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone.... £27!!! Absolutely disgusting. Rang shop to confirm price and was told it should have been £28 but he had given us free delivery! We have never ordered from here before and never ever would order from here again.
I placed a order and tried calling the place multiple of times over the past hour and got no answer. My partner is allergic to cheese. We recieved our order and we mentioned something to the driver. Wombwell Express called me i explained what happened and i got hung up on. I eventually manage to call back and we ended up getting into a bit of a debate but we ended up getting a new pizza made without the cheese.
Ordered our takeaway through JUST EAT requesting no paprika as I have crohns disease and seriously cannot tolerate it. Out of the 3 meals mine had the most Paprika on it. My partner phoned them and all the guy did was shout and say we have taken advantage by ordering online? I mean come on what the hell?? If they cant read simple instructions then they shouldn't be serving at all. Disgusting service and no manners what so ever! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but that's the lowest rating possible to choose!!
Once again the delivery was wrong. Ordered via just eat and clearly stated in capital letters what was not required on the order. Sure enough the order turned up with the item that was not required! This was for a medical reason not because it wasn't liked so rang up womb well express to inform them to be told that I was taking advantage of the system by ordering online?????? (Don't get that bit). Anyway the guy on the phone just started shouting at me and refused to refund me initially but after shouting back at him he agreed to send the driver back to collect the food and process the refund but 45 minutes later still waiting!!!!!!!! Shame that one star is the lowest I can give- avoid at all costs!
Rubbish... not what we ordered. Since when has pitta bread been a pizza bread? The kebabs were just chunks of meat grilled and coated in a cheap sauce. Not going back there.
