Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in Wombwell. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also involves analysing market trends to develop strategies for driving property sales and promoting company services. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and developing business opportunities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and address client needs effectively Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market data and forming actionable strategies Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate results-driven performance Proficiency in using CRM tools and property management software is a plus Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required Real Estate, minimum 3 years in related field is preferred Knowledge of the South Yorkshire real estate market is an advantage
