Valley Park Nursing Home

Our Dad was brought into Valley Park for rehabilitation support after a recent fall and we have found the care and support to be excellent. All the staff our family have met have been really friendly, caring and genuinely interested in Dad's recovery. His room is warm, clean and comfortable and has good facilities. The residents' lounge area and dining room are pleasant and he is quite settled. He is encouraged to participate in group activities but is also supported when he feels he needs a rest or an early departure to bed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Valley Park based on our current experience and would like to thank the team for doing such a great job. Well done all.

Couldn't right a review without touching a star. Unfortunately I wouldn't give 1 star. Wouldn't listern to me regarding meds intake so off to hospital with low oxygen levels. It could have killed my dad left for another day. Not finished yet

My sister has just been in and can't wait to go back there (her words now) food very nice staff helpful and very happy in there work room basic but comfortable and the cleaning was always ongoing every day they never stopped

Massive thanks to everyone at valley park for looking after my dad for 6 weeks..everyone there friendly and will do anything they can to help.. he's back home now but will miss the place..would highly recommend valley park again thank you

Would not give one star my grandad was in a week was told he can’t have pudding as not eaten his dinner! They lost his remote when questioned they did not try and find it! They were rude and staff were foul mouthed and not caring don’t send family there honestly don’t!!!
