Took my son to another barbers in wombwell who made an absolute mess of his hair. He refused to go back yo get it rectified he was that upset. Walked into Hot towel and explained what had happened and the guy that recut his hair was absolutely amazing probably the best hait cut he has ever had so really saved the day. He took so much time and made sure my son was happy before we left yhe shop. From this they have definitely got regular customers we are over the moon with his hair now. They've definitely turned a terrible day around. Thank you

I do like this place and it's my regular barbers. Always friendly and welcoming. They take their time on your hair and usually do a good job. Just had a fantastic cut with the barber who sits in the first chair. He took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. He had good chat too. Great experience!

We took out 11 month old for his first hair cut. The gentleman who did this was extremely patient and accommodating. Talking and chatting with my son to help try keep him calm. Thank you so much. We will definitely be going back.

I travelled from Sheffield to wombwell and went to hot towel barbers for my sons haircut. It was my first time going and wow! It was the best service, they were so friendly with my son and took their time with this haircut and had great prices, will definitely be going here again!
