My son has Autism and is fidgety having his hair cut. Sara is very patient with him and always makes sure he's comfortable. Even more of a plus is that she's fantastic at cutting hair so his hair looks great too. My son asks to go to Sara as he is so comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend for childeen with needs due to Sara's understanding and patience. Thanks Sara.

Sarah is lovely, good with kids. Excellent at her craft. My son is a difficult to handle child at times and even he likes seeing her. Highly recommended. You have to book for Friday and Saturdays.

My son has only ever used Sara and he’s nearly 14 he won’t let anyone else touch his hair he has his regular slot and is very very happy with Sara. She’s done lots of styles on him over the years and he’s never complained he’s always loved his hair and Sara, she is amazing with fin and will always be a loyal customer 😌

Been coming to Sara for a good few years with my boys now but wont be back after the rude, unprofessional manner in which we were greeted last time. 3 minutes late!!! 3 minutes!! For a Saturday appointment through no fault of our own and the way Sara spoke when we arrived was disgusting!! Sara had a bit of an attitude over last couple times we went but this final time was shocking!! To speak to ANY customer this way is disgraceful but to speak to someone whos been coming for years is even worse!! You do not speak like that to paying customers!! Lost 3 loyal customers due to poor customer service. Thankfully found another barber with manners. Would never go back after that!! Dont go here if you have any chance of being a couple mins late whatever you do!! Also i did send a msg to let you know we would be a little late and it was 3mins! But even so it still doesnt warrant being spoken to in the manner you did. And before you try and get clever, you messed Dylan's hair up and were never open when we drove through. Who closes at 3pm when they say they will be open. You're rude and ignorant hence me leaving this review. Oh and its been 6 weeks not 3mnths. 🤦‍♀️🤣 *edit* oh dear, you're honestly showing a slight insight of what we dealt with when turning up for our apppintment. Your attitude stinks. I dont have to try and make yourself look bad, you've made yourself look ridiculous on here!!! Closing your shop when people have travelled for you to cut their hair when you told me you would be open and not only once this happened a good few times!! Is poor customer service. it still doesnt Make it acceptable to speak to customers in the rude manner you did!! This is the reason we arent coming back.

Have had a lovely hair cut this morning sara was so polite as usual and made me feel really comfortable never ever have I known her to be rude in all the time I've been going there .so when I see a bad review which someone has left makes me rave like a looney .she's a well respected woman and never gives a bad word or haircut to anybody .so nats rave is over .its simply their loss but you won't be missed .therefore I shall be giving my custom to her as always .thankyou so much xx
