Went to have a look at an audi a3 at emporer cars after a particularly bad experience at a different aa approved dealer (aa approved means absolutely nothing btw) Modest premises, that could put people off, but you really need to look past that. Found Omar to be a lovely, sincere guy from the moment I arrived, taking time to listen to my previous experience, and about me, my circumstances, family, etc. Open, honest conversations, details of cars history and where it was from, and Omar himself. Felt like we were already friends. Really likes the car, and considering it was put up for sale the day before I viewed it, I was amazed to hear Omar offering a price reduction before I even asked. Knowing about my previous experience where a dealer has effectively stolen my deposit on an unroadworthy car, Omar also refused to accept a deposit from me this time to help put me at ease. Guy actually cares about his customers. Car was serviced, mot'd and a few minor advisories, which were sorted without question. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE! After buying, had a few concerns that Omar took seriously, and were immediately discussed and put right where required (some things were just me being paranoid) Had the car several weeks now. Absolutely love it, and had plenty of comments from friends and colleagues how nice and clean the car is, and for a very good price. Omar, my new friend, will be my first port of call the next time I need a car or anyone I know wanting dealer recommendations. Don't hesitate to do the same.

Just brought my second car of Omar, his was service is just impeccable and he really cared about me as a consumer, and was down to earth none of that sales rubbish you here from other dealers who are just looking to make a sale. he spent time showing me around the car while also pointing out minor cosmetic issues along with providing details around the car's history. I also went on a test drive with an employee called Subby, he was excellent and reassured about car and seemed to be very well informed about the how the drives and functions of it and it was a pleasure to meet him he was very polite and genuine just wish all sales people would be like emperor cars.
