I recently bought a Toyota Aygo from John and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. John was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Recently purchased a vehicle from John, absolute pleasure doing business with him. Great communication throughout, ensured the car was of top quality and ready to go and made every aspect of the transaction easy to complete. Highly recommend buying a car from John, quick to respond to messages and queries, purchase went smoothly from booking a test drive to having the car delivered to me, John collected my part ex car from the garage it was at so that helped me out a lot too. Very happy with the car I have purchased, would definitely purchase a car from John if I ever need to in the future.

I bought a used van from John very recently and I was thoroughly surprised by the high level of customer service. John literally does everything possible to make the experience as pleasant and easy for the customer as possible. At first I found it a little disconcerting because such a level of service these days is hard to find, but when I realised that John really is a truly honourable man, then I just enjoyed the experience. John also informed me that he offers a finders service for customers seeking a specific vehicle so when I am ready for a new van, John is 100% guaranteed my business. I wish buying big ticket items was always this stress free.

I met with John to view and test drive a DS3. Although I didn't end up buying a car as I found an alternative more suited for my daughter who recently passed her test, I wanted to leave a review. The communicate from John was superb. The car was in excellent condition and *very* fairly priced. I appreciated that as his business John is 100% focussed on ensuring his customers are well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend JDS Autos.
