Purchased a car over a month ago (Nissan pulsar) I have had NO issues with the car at all. Darren was very friendly over the phone and gave me a full discription of the car. Honoured a rare gentleman’s word to hold the car for me with no deposit. Arrived at the garage a few days later and was greeted by Darren again friendly and there was no pressure and was aloud to inspect the car. The car was as described by Darren on the phone a Copy of drivers license was taken and myself and my dad was aloud to test drive the car for as long as we wanted on our own without a sales person sat with us which was nice so no pressure. After agreeing the sale I was aloud to buy via card payment as I don’t use internet banking. I had to wait a few days for the car as Darren wanted the car to have a fresh mot. On arrival of the pickup day the car now mot’d had been valeted again and half a tank of fuel! Fantastic garage, no pressure friendly with a lot of cars on offer from low budget upto higher value cars. I would recommend Darren and Kirby vehicle sales to family and friends. Absolute shambles of a sales garage. Darren is your classic suave salesman all nice and helpful when buying the car. As soon as he’s got your money and the car’s gone wrong, couldn’t give a fig to help sort it out. I forked out most of my savings for a family car from this man and trusted him. Firstly he never initiated the 6 month warranty which I needed after 3 months - the gearbox failed. Then he supposedly started it from that date, sent me a phoney document with incorrect dates so by the time the car was repaired and ready to be claimed on the ‘warranty’ no longer existed after a couple of months. Not 6 months. Darren was so unhelpful and rude over the phone and accused me of lying. He took no responsibility for his mistakes and certainly didn’t agree he had sold me a duff car. Don’t buy a car from this place unless you want a headache and even emptier pockets than you thought you’d have. This has been the biggest cause of stress for me. Bought a Mokka X from them and really happy. Although I hadn't seen the car advertised, I turned up looking at a few on the forecourt. Having realised what I was after, Darren mentioned the Mokka might suit me and he was completely correct. With no hard sell, I felt completely at ease handing my money over. It did however have a sticky caliper and was occasionally making a rubbing sound. They told me they'd fix it and they did. Would recommend highly.

Been this morning to collect my car the service was amazing, made me feel so welcome, I will highly recommend and will use again.
