10/10 for everyone at Triple M! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I saw a video on my fyp on tik tok of a mini, i got in touch and they replied promptly with all the info of the car. After a bad experience at another dealership which lead to me handed the car back, i was very nervous buying a car again, But after exchanging some messages and phone calls i went to view the car and i was put at ease straight away, was a very warm welcome, no pressure, no spiel just honesty and good vibes. I test drove the car, no time limit! Everything was spot on, they had even done extra work and had the paper work to back this up, they went above and beyond. They even let my partner have a look at the abarth knowing we weren’t in a position to buy it but they said have a look so you know its definitely what you are wanting when you are ready, which was lovely! Handover day- couldn’t have gone any better, the car was all shiny waiting for me, was a fast and simple process from start to finish! They even put fuel in for me to get home and not have to worry about finding the nearest fuel station. The handover photos makes it more personal and you are not just a customer! I will be recommending them to family and friends going forward! Was worth the drive from york! We will definitely be back for future purchases 😊. Thanks again to everyone at Triple M! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, we barely had to do anything as Danny handled everything for us, made an easy decision buying our car, I know we could return with any issues if we had any and we would be welcome to. Excellent service from Triple M. Shoutout to Danny who helped me with getting my new car. From the get go he was super transparent and honest. Sent me full service history of the car and showed a full detailed video of the car. Even picked us up from the train station after a 2hr journey.
