Really good, very quick to order and low price too

This is ridiculous. I waited for my order three times longer than expected. Finally, they delivered my order. I ordered a GKN CV boot kit and an air compressor. They delivered an incorrect CV boot kit and a faulty air compressor with signs of use. I am just waiting for a response about a return and reimbursement for the label I paid to the garage. A total waste of time with unprofessional customer service from this store. I won't use you for any parts for my cars.

Had 2 batteries off them the both was wrong battery’s to start with phone them the said bring it down we’ll test it then wouldn’t take battery off or wouldn’t give me any sockets to take it off with so how do you expect me to bring battery down without it been in car Hahahah idiots waste a time and money worse car place going if the can’t take a battery off

Pretty useless dont sell UK car stickers or Euro kits for cars traveling to EU seems the name doesn't fit the service and it was also obvious the young lady on counter didn't give a toss

Mixed feelings on this one, At first the sale was very good i ordered online and collected my items from the store very easy and in stock at a good price. Sadly i had an issue with one of my items and had to return it to the store. On returning the store was busy with a queue of customers and one lady on the till point. I waited in line and waited my turn, You could here some of the other staff in the back office joking around not the best look when customers are waiting. I got to the front of the queue and explained my issue, I had to answer loads of questions to her and again to the manager as they did not believe what i was saying. after much back and forth a exchange was issued and i was on my way. From my experience this is good for sales but not so sure on the follow up after sales.
