American Car Wash

(my car wasn't bad not filled with dog hair like hes saying the dog goes in boot which was clean and that was completely missed so by what hes said dont bring your car if it has a few dog hairs 🙄) I texted and they said to come down at 9am Sunday which I did they said it would take a while so gave me and my daughter a lift home (while we waited for the lift they cleaned car outside) by 2pm I hadn't heard anything so I dropped them a text they called at 4pm and said they had been busy and inside hadn't been done but they are doing it now he said he would bring the car home for me so he had more time he came around 6.30pm it was dark I had a quick look and paid (£80) the next morning I was excited to see car the outside wasn't very clean but he had explained as it was getting icy they didn't do a 2nd wash as it would damage paint which is fine and I fully understand that however the seats are beyond wet still very wet now and still have marks the boot wasn't touched at all parts of mats was missed glass had marks it and was still dirty was sad as I had high hopes and wasted £80 I have spoken to him and he agreed it wasn't a good job and would redo the car but i don't want it anymore wet and i don't trust them now i wouldn't recommend them update asked for a refund and I've been ignored they just want my car back its been over a week and despite everything ive tried my car seats are still extremely wet really not professional and will be warning people also saying due to weather is a lie because you did other cars that day you had my car from 9am to 6pm! And if weather was so bad why accept to do the car if you knew you couldn't do it? The fact they think i will drop this absolutely not!

Finally after many attempts I found a truly professional hand car wash. After many searches I arrived at American Car Wash and I was really pleasantly surprised by what I found there. From the beginning you will feel in a friendly environment, the guys are very attentive to details and very polite. You will not only be treated as a customer but also as a friend and your car will be truly pampered. It is true that it may take longer but that is normal if you are looking for a professional service. For those who want to finish in 5 minutes can go to an automatic car wash and stop leaving negative comments. I personally leave 5 stars only because I can't give more. Will I go there again? Definitely yes, and only there.

Went to see these guys for my car valeting and headlights restoring couldn’t thank them enough, so much patience and detail went into there work will defiantly be back! Best car wash in Barnsley by a long shot!

Paid for my work van cleaning, just asked for a wash and go with door shuts cleaned. They gave it a good clean and when 1 guy rinsed all suds of and I was sent down to have door shuts done and older guy with a beard realised it wasn't rinsed very good and I believe I heard him tell the other bloke and then started to dry it if because of it. I did notice the soaps on wing mirror and windscreen and didn't even had to say anything the older gentle man took great pride in what he was doing and attention to detail was brilliant, will be bringing family car next weekend because of this. Thanks all involved
