PERFECT-A Detailing Car Wash

Best place for a shining car! They take extra care of my car every time. Had my car washed and polished, the staff were careful, polite and very understanding. Best treatment for my car!

Used Perfecta for years but won’t be using them anymore. Occasionally if they were busy or unstaffed would take 45-55 minutes but the quality of the car wash was still good, best hand wash I’d had used at that point. But over time the 45-55 minutes car washes have became more regular whilst quality of the car wash is getting worse . Almost every visit now I’m there 45-55 minutes and quality of wash is so poor now I’m having to finish the job off when I get home due to missing the lower front bumper, sills, lower rear bumper, rear number plate area. On my most recent visit a combination of the car behind being to close and member of staff not being careful enough jetting washing a car so close to my car which was being dried lead to rear of my car getting wet again, which the member of staff drying my car shouted at the member of staff using jet wash for but didn't bother to dry my car off again and leaving water marks to dry which looked a mess on a black car and something else I had to clean once home. Also damage was caused to the boot of my car looks like jet wash was held to close to my car which has taken approx 2 inch x 1.5 inch of lacquer off and caused surrounding lacquer to bubble.

Had a mini Valet done and absolutely amazing very nice people will always recommend. BRILLIANT 🤩

Visited a couple times now at a busy peak and quiet time and the level of service was the same. It's so worth driving out of town for the quality of finish and attention to detail. I went for the Perfecta special (top wash) that left a showroom shine on my car and wheels. My black alloys have never been so expertly cleaned since the showroom. I appreciate that they don't rush and take their time to ensure a quality clean. I would happily set aside 30 minutes of my day to visit.
