My dedicated go-to was Sarah Pink, whether communication was email, text, or telephone call, it was approached in the utmost professional manner. I felt that our queries were resolved pretty quickly. She was very informative, as this was our first sale, we needed all the recommendations, advice and direction available which was given by the Beecroft selling team. Communication has been clear throughout which is reassuring and she’s always had a will do attitude The only reason I’ve not given a 5 star score is because the service I had been getting before Freya took over my properties was nowhere near as good
