Simon helped my mother purchase a house. The whole process was super smooth and we never really had any hick-ups. I think it took about 2 months in total and Simon was very helpful throughout the whole process. All in all my mother is very happy with how it all went. Unfortunately my mother still isn't very computer savvy so I am posting the review for her. It was easier for me to do that than explain how to create an account to post a review :-)

Simon has helped me purchase a property. He has been very efficiant from start to finish. He is the only estate agent that answered my texts and emails straight away. Without his help i feel that i would still be looking for a house now. Highly recommended

Fantastic service. Simon has kept us updated throughout and answered emails promptly. The sale was complicated by the premises being vacant, my parents having moved to Nottingham and my self and my sister living in the south of England meant that all communication was via email. And we could rarely get up to the property in person. Would highly recommend I-Estates
