Having arrived home from holiday to find that my MOT had expired while we were away and expecting to have to wait to get the car booked in. I emailed the team at A&A Motors explaining my dilemma and was amazed at the quick reply and delighted with the response “drop it off tomorrow morning” - I dropped the car off and didn’t need to check progress as Robert called me, advised what was required and sorted for the following day. Again I didn’t have to ring for progress, Robert called to let me know it was ready. What the team didn’t know is I have worked in the Motor Trade for 44 years and I can say without shadow of doubt this is the best service I have ever received outside of my own dealership teams looking after me. Amazing! Went here with my step fathers car to fit an uprated intercooler and also mine to have a variety of work done. Welcomed by a great chap, helpful and friendly. Price is amazing and work is a high standard. Very prompt! Would recommend! Even was okay with me being overly specific with my pride and joy.

Popped in this morning with my Audi which had just had a £4500 repair to the gearbox at a ‘specialist’ in Nottingham. After leaving my car on the drive overnight I found a big patch of oil under the car this morning so took it to A&A. In 5 minutes it was on the ramp, a sump bolt was found on the sump tray which ‘should’ have been in the sump! This was replaced, (tight) and all others checked, sump tray cleaned and replaced. The guys didn’t charge for this at all which is why they get 5 star reviews like this. Superb, friendly family business. Highly recommended.

Popped in as had a concern (there were to cars on ramps so they’re busy which is always a good sign) but they still quickly jacked up my car and reassured me everything was fine after a thorough look. Didn’t even charge a penny despite offering twice. Now I know why they get so many good reviews. Thank you.

I phoned these guys on Monday as my engine management light was on. My car was recovered Monday afternoon, fixed and ready to pick up first thing on Wednesday. Reasonably priced, super friendly service, 100% recommend
