Been there ty change my front tyres and for front wheels alignment. Friendly staff, quality service, prices adequate to the quality of product, really nice waiting room. Staff welcomed me with a smile. Also, the report sent to my email was spot on.
Extremely helpfull and knowledgeable staff that went over and above to help. All done on time and very professional. Wheel lugnuts torqued to manufacturer's recommended value. Fully recommended.
Great service, had a tyre repaired managed to squeeze me in despite been really busy
Absolute shambles, this place. I've got to use them as it's part of my lease for tyres. Wouldn't reccomend otherwise. Had my car booked in for some new front tyres. Three days later I took it in. They'd not even ordered them.
I've always rated ATS well above Halfords and Kwikfit anyway but since using the Wombwell branch I have to say it's even above other ATS branches. It can only be put down to the team there. The staff never seem to change and customers like me benefit from it - they're genuine, not always pushing to upsell or do unnecessary work. I know ATS are closing branches - this one has survived and I really hope it continues to do so.
