I’ve been looking for a gearbox end cover for my clio 182 for years and the guys here sorted me out. Amazing and friendly service! Had my part delivered very quickly and posted with care. Honestly couldn’t thank the garage enough! Will definitely be my go to garage for parts.
I went here after my car (Astra) failed its MOT to get the necessary repairs done (suspension ball joint replacement and missing headlamp bulb retaining clip). Booking the appointment was simple, the guy was welcoming and friendly, prices were reasonable and turnaround was quick. When I suddenly couldn't pick my car up on the day agreed, they let me keep it there for another day with no hassle, which I appreciated. I asked if they could do another MOT after completing the repairs, and they offered to book a test with a third-party and take the car for me whilst I was at work. This greatly simplified everything, for which I'm grateful. The car passed and I've been driving it again now for a week with no issues.
Perfect experience from start to finish. No pushing you into anything, come and go at your pleasure and decide in your own time. They will make purchasing a car so simple and easy and make sure literally everything is up to a perfect standard before driving away. Communication is to an outstanding service, they listen to what you want and need not what they want to sell, they help even through messages around the clock keeping you up to date on everything weather you bought the car or looking for something specific All questions are answered honestly and there promises are maintained even after purchase. Great, friendly team at ‘the garage’ would definitely recommend.
I travelled all the way from London to see the car, and it was absolutely spot on! Exactly as described with no mechanical issues whatsoever. The price was very fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really impressed me was that the owner went above and beyond—he personally brought the car from Barnsley down to London for me. Exceptional service and a genuinely trustworthy business. Highly recommended to everyone !
