Outstanding service from Damon and his engineer Baz. Had an emergency - leaking combi boiler 29/12/2025. Called up, Damon came out early next day, assessed the problem and advised engineer Baz on parts ( and potential parts) to bring the very next day. Baz turned up on time ( New Year’s Eve!) and fixed the leaks professionally whilst explaining the issues as he went along. The final price came in £143 below original estimate - I was extremely pleased. Booked them for next service. I won’t be using anyone else other than these guys in future. Boiler failed this morning, was tripping my RCD out. Damon managed to attend same day. Had a diagnosis of failed pump, but when confirming this some more investigation led to a valve leak in my airing cupboard shorting on wiring as the cause. Damon was really friendly, and the expertise and attention to detail meant a costlier repair was avoided. He also did all he could to keep the (very reasonable) cost to a minimum. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I can only apologise that my dog, Trevor, was nowhere near as friendly as you were!

Called regarding no heating or hot water due to an error code. Spoke to Damon, explained and guided me through an easy fix. I now have everything working as intended. Fantastic service from the team at Jubilee Gas Services LTD yet again. I called them out between Christmas and New Year as there was a fault with our boiler (no heating or hot water), and within an hour (including travel between jobs), the boiler was up and running again, much to our relief as we have two children under 5. I highly recommend Jubilee Gas Services LTD. They do a great job servicing our boiler every year, and they undertake repair and installation work to the highest standard.
