Don’t go here for vaccinations!! The gentleman that gave me my flu jab today barely spoke to me, did the jab and said done and pointed to the door. Thankfully I don’t mind needles but I dread to think how someone scared of them would feel. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

I contacted the 111 service after running out of my medication. I was told they had received the request and it would be ready within 30 minutes. When I arrived, everything was prepared with no issues—very efficient. While there, I also asked about treatment for sinusitis. The pharmacist, who was incredibly kind and helpful, issued a prescription for antibiotics. To my surprise, they also included paracetamol in the packet for pain relief. I was genuinely impressed by their thoughtfulness and proactive approach. It really felt like they cared. Overall, it was a truly positive experience.

I've been using Alarms for around a year and a half now and they have always been really helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to. Nothing is to much trouble, my wife is on quite a bit of medication and they always do the very best they can to make sure it's always in for her.. Keep up the great work *****

My son was sent here on a 111 appointment today and the pharmacist was thorough, diagnosed tonsillitis and prescribe antibiotics. Took less than 10 minutes and saved a trip to A&E. Very pleased with the service and friendly staff.

Great chemist, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Never have an issues picking up prescriptions
