Most of the staff are attentive and helpful but occasionally they refuse to even acknowledge you are there. I find this quite rude. If they are busy a quick 'Sorry, I'll be with you as soon as I can' would be sufficient.

We have been 3 times at their supposed opening times and they haven't been opened. My partner went down this morning at 9am as needed his medication urgently but they was not open. He waited until 9.40 but had to leave for an appointment so no meds until tea time. I appreciate things can happen that delay you but it seems a regular thing.

If I could give a 0 I would do. Nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Ableist, gaslighting and no idea how to treat vulnerable customers. They have no idea what peoples circumstances are and think their opinion of a situation is correct regardless of facts. Accusing vulnerable customers of being confused is insulting and degrading. try checking your cctv instead of accusing people.

Went tonight for advice for a eye infection was told cant do anything go to your gp so went to cohens pharmacy hoyland gave me drops within 2 doses felt 1st class maybe morriesons couldnt be bothered wont go or recomend again ill just pass it about how crap they are all the best

Nice, friendly staff. You can drop off your prescription and pick it up at your convenience. I usually have a walk round morrisons do the shopping and then pick up the prescription. Usually we'll stocked with a variety of medicines.
