G-force drainage services

Many thanks to Carl who responded quickly to my call about an inspection chamber problem today. I needed an urgent response a I’m booked for surgery tomorrow, and although he had a very full day gave me helpful advice and reassurance. The problem is now fixed and I am relieved. Thanks Carl a 5 star service and a kind man.

Absolutely first class service, right from my inquiry to completing the work. Carl was upfront and honest ...upon my inquiry about an ad-hoc blockage...he talked me through the options including waiting until it blocked again and then he could have a better idea of what was wrong.... when I messaged him again about a week later, he rang me straight back, even remembered our conversation and the price he quoted. We arranged a date and time for him to come out, he turned up as arranged....sorted out the problem including climbing over a fence to source the manhole and complete the job. He charged exactly what was quoted. I would highly recommend Carl ..I can't thank enough as the job was for my sister who is anxious around people and she said Carl was "lovely"

Absolutely FIRST CLASS service from Carl. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came within an hour of initial call and didn’t leave until 100% certain the problem was fully resolved. SO VERY MUCH BETTER than the bigger and more well known outfits, I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending G-Force for any drainage issues.

Firstly, what a genuinely nice man Carl is. I contacted G-Force when I had a blocked drain. Carl provided a tonne of information over the phone giving me opportunity to make further enquiries with Yorkshire Water before proceeding. I later sent a booking request online as it was 6pm but Carl rang me straight away. Again providing a wealth of information. Carl came the next day at the time agreed, he was so calm, friendly and reassuring, any concerns I had immediately melted away. Carl unblocked my drain but did so with so much respect and consideration for my property. I'd had a new Indian Stone drive finished literally 24 hours earlier, Carl covered everything, literally everything, there was zero mess. The drain was unblocked, Carl then checked everything with the camera & provided lots of reassurance that everything was good down there. Brilliant customer service and genuinely a great experience.
