Thought I'd come to my local post office rather than one near where I work to change some £20 notes for £1 coins to be told they won't do it and only way I can get £1 is if I withdraw from my bank account which wasn't ideal as I already got the money out. I'll stick to one I usually use as they have no issues swapping them

Lovely post office very helpful staff nothing is too much trouble, the cards are beautiful got lovely wordie verses. It's my one stop shop now for cards and post office.
Picked up a parcel today , too heavy to carry. Young lady who served me waited and carried my parcel to car. So helpful and professional sorry I didn't catch her name but you are a asset to your company 👍
