3rd time using R H property service for roof repairs. Great service each time. 1st time was to repair a couple of broken tiles. Not only were these replaced but several others were replaced free of charge also the lat was replaced under the tiles as the old lat had rotted away so the new tiles would not take to the existing lat. At this point Rob did take several photos of the overall condition of the roof and had recommended getting a new roof as repair work was likely to be a regular occurrence due to the condition and age of the roof. Around 12 month later 2 ridge tiles blew off in a storm and a price was agreed to replace the 2 ridge tile. Prior to this we did go though the insurance and a roofing company had quoted 5x Robs price and the excess was 2x Robs price so obviously we went with Rob as this was the cheaper option. Whilst he was up there he noticed another issue with more tiles however he didn't have the tiles with him so he agreed to comeback and do that repair at low cost. 3rd time was to do that repair and he came on the agreed date and due to the job being "quicker than he thought" he discounted the price that was originally agreed. This being said it's easy to say that he his a very fair tradesman and we will continue to use his services.
Great customer experience from start to finish. RH was prompt in replying to contact from initial enquiry through to completion of job. Gave detailed explanation of work to be carried out, cost and timeframe. Reasonably priced quote and subsequent work completed to high standard in all aspects, dismantled masonry left in tidy pile on-site as requested. Would highly recommend RH.
A superb roofing company. Rob has done multiple jobs for myself, friends & family including re-roofs, repairs and full loft refurbishment. He's absolutely brilliant - totally reliable, extremely knowledgeable and fairly priced. Look no further to be honest!
It's our second time of using RH Property Services. Cannot speak highly enough of Rob. His work is carried out with the highest possibly quailty of workmanship. Always professional and no hidden costs, what is quoted is what you will pay. Fist class and highly recommend.
