Update: Return of the scammers Returned after months of eating elsewhere as was getting tired of the Tesco meal deal next door. Asked if it would be possible to swap out the chicken in the chicken and bacon mayo sandwich for roast chicken and staff said it wasn’t a problem. Ended up costing extra which was fair enough since they had to just add bacon and mayo to the standard roast chicken sandwich. Ordered 2 and wouldn’t have minded too much except it ended up being an extra 80p per sandwich which seemed a bit steep but then got home to find out one sandwich had no mayo at all and one had barely any (as shown in image). Such a shame as the food they serve is usually good but the hidden prices and inconsistent service makes this a place to definitively avoid. Original Review: Asked if our items were counted for the £4 meal deal and the cashier confirmed, she then asked if we wanted our sandwich warmed so we said yes. Cashier then returns and says that because we have had our sandwich warmed we can no longer get the meal deal and charges us £6.55 instead. Would have been nice to have known that warming it up would cost us an extra £2.55 as would have just warmed it up at home instead. Absolute scam and staff were not apologetic at all.

Stopped off for a quick breakfast Staff were lovely and the food was delicious and excellently priced I ended up ordering a cake for a birthday party which was really lovely too

I went into store today and ordered a ham salad sandwich which they was no onoin on little lettuce and not that much ham I didn't enjoy at all it was very dry as not alot on salad cream on. It's the first time that I have a sandwich and not enjoyed it at all and that was my lunch at work for 12 hours

I was so excited when I found out this was opening! The guys here are amazing. Can’t do enough for you and they’re really cheery. My only grumble is that they always run out of the best sellers really early and don’t have any more in stock until the following day. They have a loyalty scheme too which is great for value. But annoying that it’s a physical card though, should be an app like their rival as I always forget mine so missing out 😂
