12/2024 On a good day the male staff are surly. Every other day they are rude. The lady is friendly though. If only she was full time. I will not be going again. 03/2025 I went back again last week, and got the silent treatment. I said "Hello" and put down the parcel for him. He scanned it, pushed it towards me, and pointed to where it should go. I still said "Thanks."

Went in to collect a parcel. Was shocked how rude the man was. This is the second time I have had to collect a parcel there and second time he has been unexplainably rude! I'm an ordinary polite lady and was baffled at him apparently acting as horrible as possible, he surely gets paid for this. ?? AVOID!! I will do all I can to go elsewhere from now on.

Shockingly bad shop with extremely rude staff. Had multiple parcels delivered there and every time the staff have been rude. They recently lost a parcel because their parcel storage was that poor and opted to look for the parcel using a stick to knock the other parcels out of the way. Would avoid sending or having parcels delivered there at all costs

I received a text with pick up code saying phone available to collect. I went in later that day and he says no parcel delivered. Rather rude comments & he didn’t care my parcel was missing. I’ll try again today but may be best to avoid this drop off centre based on my experience .

Unbelievably rude man who works in there. No customer service skills at all. Not helpful and very unpleasant. Never changed on the few occasions I've been in. Wouldn't bother giving them your custom.
