Went to buy something and a lady was very kind and went to see if there was anymore stock. Went to pay and the lady that served me was kind aswel. Wish all places were kind like that

Doesn’t shut at 8pm at all shuts at 7pm, went down at 7.10 and doors locked. Some lazy person needs to change opening times on Google instead of wasting peoples time and money!!!😡🤬

I wanted something that was out of reach and asked for help. Very happy to assist me taking everything off the hook so that I could take out what I wanted. I asked about glitter foam. She is going to check the order sheet and order some if available. When I got to the checkout I was ofter some FREE HAND GEL and was given two small bottles. Will be returning and recommending. Think.you

Not sure what happened but I bought 20 items and was charged for 24. As I was passing I called back in and explained I'd been overcharged. Only £3.79 but that's not the point. The assistant who initially overcharged me dealt with the refund. Not very successfully, no apology despite me having to take the time to return.
