Had a quick visit in store on monday. Straight away I received top quality customer service. Im a complete novice and needed help to get me on my way They couldnt do enough for me. sorted me out with decent gear, great advice, before making me a coffee and wishing me goodluck Customer for life Thanks chaps

First visit and very impressed with the store. Very well stocked and responsibility priced. Bought a matrix side tray on offer £20 cheaper than other stores. The store is on 2 floors, staff friendly and helpful.

I bought a pro logic large holdall from here and after a month or so I noticed loose stitching on one of the pockets and even though I had the receipt for the bag they would not deal with the issue...I had spent a small fortune in there prior to this and now I would not even call in for a pkt of hooks even if I was desperate..tbh I have never seen less interested staff what works in this industry..go to fishing republic which is just a short ride away from this place.. absolute none existent customer service
