KC Sofas Barnsley

From start to end we have had a great experience. We arrived at the store and were greeted just how we like.. a hello and left to roam a while, then approached in case we needed help. Explaining the change in our needs to what we had and what I might like versus what I should have. We picked something and went home to measure (we are known for not always considering this step!) and made the decision to order.. I got a bit nervous as we approached the end of our 12 week contact date so popped in to be reassured we were in the books. On time I got the text that it was at the warehouse and then got a call in the timescale to arrange delivery. Today Sam called when they were 5 mins away and he and Kami arrived just as said. These guys looked professional, talked with respect and did what was needed to get the sofas in the house. Once in they checked I was happy with where everything was placed and arranged the cushions to take a photo that showed their commitment and pride in their jobs and their company. I will not only use KC sofas again, but already recommending them to friends. Thank you to all involved in our new sofa journey.

Love my new sofa! So comfortable! Nath and Sam did an amazing job delivering my sofa. They were polite and respectful. Kept me upto date with the delivery time which made it all go smoothly.

Just ordered a new sofa, very happy with my experience. A very relaxed atmosphere in the shop and the sales rep was excellent, had a lot of knowledge and the products and offered some great advice. Just had the sofa delivered and the delivery lads, Kami, Tyler and Dan, were great, brought the sofa in unpacked and placed where we asked, they were polite, courteous and careful. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Just took delivery of our sofa. I was worried that I would have to take my front window out but the lads made it look easy getting it through the doors. First class service. Sam, Nath and Tyler did a brilliant job. Will be recommending KC Sofas. Thanks !
