Sandra was amazing, she told me about the four for three deal and openly encouraged me to buy more cards so I would save money . She was lovely I give her 10 out of 10 for customer service , and I have worked in retail for over 20 years . However she is always lovely even when there's no deals on , always friendly and smiling .

Sandra was lovely she helped us pick a 90 th birthday card for our late mum’s birthday which isn’t easy x she also spent the time to look for a cellophane bag so the card would t spoil at the crematorium with being outside x thank you for your help

ABSOLUTELY FUMIN BOUGHT A BALLOON AND IT WASNT TIGHT ENOUGH SO IT BLEW AWAY, IMAGE BELOW IS THE SECOND BALLOON THAT HAS NOW GONE FLAT I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A BALLOON FROM THE WOMBWELL BRANCH AGAIN IM FUMIN

Nothing remarkable about my visit. Was left to struggle getting a helium balloon into a carrier back, which I wasn't too impressed with. But the shop generally has a good choice of cards and gifts etc, at a good price. The store in Wombwell is in a good location, right on the high street.

Good prices and great selection, not much room at the tills - so it causes a bottle neck. Rip you off 5p for a carrier bag , when they could easily use a paper bag at no cost yo the customer
