Great, fresh quality produce, much better than the supermarkets. Ditch Tesco etc, support these little local businesses before we only have to the poison the supermarkets are pushing to us

So far, I've ordered twice from Smiths. On both occasions they have not delivered on the day promised. I'm very much for supporting local shopkeepers and a big supporter of keeping it 'local'. But when you order a substantial amount and it doesn't turn up, and you have to ring the next day to chase it up, it's a very poor show. What if someone had had to wait in all day pending the delivery that didn't come? It's unacceptable. There may be valid reasons for it, but they do have my phone number. Very disappointed. On the plus side the products are of excellent quality and I can't fault that. But if it's not delivered, that's irrelevant.

We had a £20 box delivered and it was exceptional. It looked as good as the photos on the website, presented really well. The food itself was excellent quality and plenty of it, we will continue to use their service well after COVID has passed. Excellent company, great delivery, professional with excellent products.

First time I have used the delivery service. It was absolutely top quality goods. I can't praise them enough from start to finish. Easy to order on line, I rang with a query re getting my friend a special delivery and they returned the call promptly and undertook to help her. Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. I'm never buying from anywhere else now.

I placed an order to be delivered today, they didn't deliver, didn't tell me if and when it will be delivered and now canceled the order. The day before christmas. I have problems walking so I can't just go to a store to get something. And there is no way I'll find someone else who can deliver. Unreliable and zero communication on their part. The first order I placed they tried very hard to deliver to a different address, even though mine was clearly written. Edit: they don't deliver if there aren't enough orders in the city, so you have to be lucky to get a delivery. They also keep the money.
