Fight Team Boxing operates on a varied schedule throughout the week. Training sessions are available Monday and Friday evenings from 5:00 – 9:00 PM. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the gym is open for morning sessions from 9:30 – 10:30 AM and again in the evenings from 4:15 – 9:00 PM. Saturday mornings offer sessions from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
