Level entrance. Disabled toilet available. Staff in the library very friendly and helpful. Room to enter if you are on a mobility scooter. Lovely cafe and council housing also in the same building as the library.

One of my favourite Sheffield libraries as it's convenient for parking and picking up other bits at the shops, really great selection for kids (better than city centre by a mile!!), friendly staff. The only downside is going to the complex for toilets. Wish they'd open some in the library itself. We also like the view of the tram going past. Entertains the kids loads.

Downside first; I’ve had some minor complications in terms of printing a few times whilst I’ve been there, which was rather strange, nonetheless it’s hasn’t occurred since. On the plus side, it’s a very quiet environment. The computers are updated to the newest versions along with the individual programmes (Word, PowerPoint etc.), and it also has a wide variety of books, those of which helpfully tell you the individual genres. Overall, a great place!

Reasonable size for a library attached to a shopping centre. Plenty of books to choose from and a handful of computers for going online (2 hours max session). Handy for transport links if mobility is an issue. No toilets though (but at least there are some in the shopping centre next door unlike other libraries).

Computer printer prints several copies when you just want one, also it doesn't print big enough size, staff charge for copies that you don't want, very very petty unreasonable staff, no help at all, Jobsworths
