Little Olives Day Nursery

Our son has been attending Little Olives since the day they opened their doors, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. From the very first visit every staff member has been warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the children in their care. Our little boy settled in instantly and has never once looked back. Since starting at Little Olives, we’ve watched him blossom. He’s become more confident, chatty, and curious about the world around him. His social skills, emotional awareness, and even his fine motor abilities have developed so much—thanks to the thoughtful, play-based learning and the nurturing environment the team creates every day. The communication from the staff is excellent too; we get regular updates, photos, and insights into his progress, which means the world to us as working parents. Choosing Little Olives was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son’s early years. We can’t recommend them highly enough, a truly great nursery!

My daughter started at Little Olives Nursery in December when she was just 6 months old, and I honestly cannot fault the care she receives. The nursery is absolutely fantastic and looks after her so well. The team have been incredibly supportive with her weaning journey, which has meant so much to me. They work closely with me, communicating clearly about the meals she enjoys, what’s working well, and what isn’t. It really feels like a partnership, and I truly value how involved and informed I am. My daughter has settled beautifully in the Little Seedlings room. She clearly gets on well with all the staff, she is always smiling and happy when I drop her off, and just as content when I arrive to collect her. Each team member in the room is so lovely, and I can genuinely sense that they not only look after my daughter with care, but also truly enjoy having her there. That reassurance as a parent is priceless The owner and manager of the nursery is absolutely amazing. Hearing her story was genuinely emotional for me. She started as a childminder, and when the demand grew beyond what she could manage alone or without the right space, she turned her vision into reality. Watching how she designed and was involved in creating Little Olives from nothing, right through to a purpose-built nursery, is inspiring. Her passion, determination, and commitment to providing excellent care for children from birth truly shines through in everything she does. Leaving your child is never easy, but Little Olives gives me a real sense of love, safety, and trust. I feel incredibly proud of what has been created there and completely confident leaving my little girl in their care. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Our son has attended Little Olives since it first opened, and we truly couldn’t be happier. After moving him from another well known nursery, we’ve seen such a positive change. His development and confidence have grown tremendously since the move. Little Olives places a real focus on each child’s development while still making sure they are having fun every day. He loves the nursery and the staff so much that he often wants to stay longer and genuinely looks forward to going in each morning. We are so glad we made the move and are incredibly grateful for the warm, caring way the staff have welcomed and supported our son.

We couldn’t be happier with choosing Little Olives for our daughter, she absolutely loves it! The staff are incredible & take such good care of her. It’s clear to see how much Millie loves all of the Little Seedlings team. The facilities are amazing, and Millie has developed so much in the 6 months she’s been there. We can’t recommend it enough!
