Scrummy's is a first rate cafe and take away. There's always a great atmosphere and a warm welcome from owner Ange, Sam and Michelle. Located in Market Square, Woodhouse it has the advantage of outdoor seating in a pedestrianised area free from busy traffic and fumes. The place is spotlessly clean. There's a range of breakfast and lunch dishes on offer. An example is today's special of home made quiche, salad and chips, generous portions and good honest value at £4.80.
Absolute value & spot on customer service. I phoned to place an order for 2 🍳🥓🍄🟫sandwiches at 13.15pm,when I arrived I was met by great customer service & smiles,they'd kept my food warm & 20 mins after I got home the food was still piping hot♨️ tasted 😋great. Never used this sandwich shop but definitely be going back to scrumy bites again for my sarnies. Thank you 👍🏽👍🏽
It's a lovely place to sit inside to have a meal but you can also eat outside. The food is so nice that you want to go back and have another sandwich or whatever you're eating. The bacon and egg sandwiches are to die for, well recommended if you want a quick bite to eat and a brew to go with it. The staff are really nice.
Called in by off chance today with my partner, ordered 2 hot sandwiches, they was piping hot, fresh & lovely tasting! Customer service was brilliant, really nice polite staff, very welcoming.
Super, smashing great place to eat chat and spend time with the wonderful staff... would have my breakfast every day there if I could... Also great with my dog (when sat outside obviously) he's quite partial to a sausage...!!
