Ordered a take away yesterday for wife's birthday. Website worked great, said would take 60 minutes but arrived in 40 mins. Polite and friendly delivery man, food exactly as ordered and very tasty most enjoyable and very good value for money. Will definately use again Thanks Spice Rack wife happy
I’m not one to leave reviews but let me tell you something, this is without a doubt one of the best curry places you’re gunna eat from in Sheffield. Iv dined in here and also had a takeaway and both times the food was absolutely 10/10. Hot, fresh and delicious. Always had good service, a positive attitude from staff and the price was really good too, especially on the takeaway using the website with 15% off. I won’t go anywhere else for a curry now, this place is amazing!
Can’t recommend this place enough, the lads are great, the food is delicious every time and very good value for money. I usually order it to go as I live next to it but the restaurant area looks lovely and clean all the time as well. Thanks again guys for another delicious dinner 👍🏻
Had a great night. They accommodated over 25 of us. Served us very well. It's one of those restaurants where you can bring your own alcoholic drinks so you save money too. Decent priced overall.
The food was actually not bad, and I would have definitely left a higher score if it wasn’t for everything else that happened. Despite having only two other tables taken in the restaurant, other than us, we waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive. We weren’t informed in the beginning that we’re going to have to wait that long - it looked like they were taking care of takeaway orders but not the people waiting in the restaurant. Then I found a thick black hair in my food, which they replaced straight away, and we still paid for it, they didn’t take it off the bill, which any other restaurant I guess would do? Then when it came to payment - if we didn’t go to the counter to pay I think we would be waiting another one hour to get the bill. And then we couldn’t split the bill as we were told they are being charged by the card machine provider per transaction. 😩 that’s the cost of running a business - you cannot say to the customer you won’t split the bill cause the company charged you per transaction 🤦🏻♀️ the overall experience was pretty bad - we were massively hungry and nothing else around was open, otherwise we would have left. But yeah, the food itself when it finally arrived was quite tasty.
