ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Placed an order on Just Eat @ 5pm. 8pm still hadnt received it. Rang twice, first time said extremely busy be with us in 20mins. Rang the 2nd time after 30mins to say it had been picked up. Still not arrived so drove round to the take away to find order sitting on the side. They said we had to pay again because they dont get paid if Just Eat doesnt deliver our order, the app told us it was delivered at 7 and our money had left the bank for them to say we still needed to pay them again. Luckily there was a Just Eat guy in there to clarify the order had been "delivered". Wouldnt go back again, food was terrible all you could taste was salt, it was like the whole salt container was put in the curry. I would put a 0 if I could
Absolutely awful service waited 1 and a half hours rung them they stated they only just found the order. Waited another hour for delivery. Food was cold, naan was supposed to be garlic and was plain and over cooked and allergen advice was not followed. Manager was also very rude said they would give free popadoms due to the inconvenience which never arrived would avoid.
Starter plates were left on table for 40 minutes while takeaways were prioritised. One and half hours from getting seated to walking out. Guy even took delivery order whilst we were trying to give him our meal orders. Toilets are in the gods. Never again.
Would leave a 0 star if I could. Placed an order stated 30 minute delivery time, kept pushing my order back, 1 hour later said it would be 1 hour longer till delivery totalling 2 hours delivery all together. Lied about their delivery times and then when I cancelled kept all my money. Theives.
Awful! Ordered for collwction and kept waiting past the time it should have been ready. Mushy curry. Not hot and VERY salty. Left most of it. Won't be using them again.
