Been in this shop at least 5 times and each time I’ve been in the customer service has been shocking. No manners, shop always looks a mess, stood waiting at the till at least 2-3 minutes to be served because staff would rather stand talking about what they’ve got planned when they get home. The list goes on. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far.
