Visited with my daughter to look at a specific vehicle today (7/9/25). Had the pleasure of being looked after by Nick. My daughter couldn’t decide which car she wanted and went on 3 test drives. Nick was really patient, informative and kept my granddaughter amused as well. We ended up buying a totally different car. Fantastic all round service, would highly recommend these guys.

***Excellent Sales Service from Nick*** I visited Anglia Autos while searching for a car for my son. Nick was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After choosing a car, another employee, Sham, handled the paperwork. Unfortunately, he increased the price, insisted on cash payment, and refused credit card payments citing false charges (I had wanted to use my credit card as it offers further purchase protection). I decided not to proceed and, as we walked away, he wafted his hand at us while saying “go on“. ***However, it ended well!*** I spoke with Nick before leaving and explained the situation. We returned the next day to deal with him directly. Nick helped us get an immaculate Audi with full service history. The cars are open for inspection, test drives are easy to arrange, and there's no pressure to buy. The cars come with a warranty, and you can also purchase an extended warranty. My son is thrilled with his new car, and we drove it home the same day. Nick made the process stress-free. I will definitely buy another car from here.

Absolutely perfect customer service! I was well taken care of. I came to collect a car I had got on hire purchase but I had to bring my 2 youngest kids with me, the guys at Anglia Autos kept my kids occupied while we sorted out the paperwork. They are the most down to earth men I've ever met in my life! So kind and considerate with my kids. I got a fantastic deal on a car, it was worth travelling the 60+ miles as I couldn't find anything similar in my own area for as cheap as I got it!!! Bought a car from Anglia Autos, big John was our sales executive. There was no pressure, left us to look at a couple of cars without any pressure. We chose a car after viewing them and placed a deposit. They held the car for a few days before we came back to fill out the rest of the paperwork. Big John is very approachable, great customer service and very knowledgable and reassuring. Would recommend Anglia Autos to anybody looking to buy a car
