I called the practice with an emergency situation and they were superb. They were able to offer me an emergency appointment the next morning and even called back within 10 mins and offered me a same day appointment which I was unable to take up. When I attended the staff were brilliant and the dental surgeon put me at ease and sorted the issue promptly. All round a superb experience.
I'm absolutely delighted with my experience today. Very efficient staff. The dentist was absolutely brilliant. Fast but very thorough. The results are amazing and the costing is very clearly set out. Would highly recommend.
Been a patient at CP Dental Centre for over 20 years. Always a great service. Staff really friendly and put you at ease. In my experience too, they will always get you in for an urgent appointment if you're having dental problems. Really pleased with the service 😁
Swift check in , receptionists polite and attentive, my first time with the hygienist Kendra and her assistant , made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she was doing
I had an appointment with Kendra today and to say that I was nervous was an understatement as I have a little bit of a phobia when it comes to dentists. Kendra was not only understanding and kind, she was extremely professional and didn't make me feel silly for worrying and was so reassuring throughout.
