Orgreave Dental Surgery

left my own dental surgery as my nan has been a patient on the practices for over 30 years and can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. You get that personal touch with them, reading the review below is literally appalling as these people are great and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Obviously care about what they do. If you don’t want a personal practice don’t bother as this exactly what this team is. Make an effort to know your name when you walk through the door and it’s makes all the difference.

If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. This Dentist contacted me to state if reached the top of the waiting list last January! I'd been on the waiting list over a year when the manager called. I Gave up both mine and my sons place at our previous dentist following the call. If not heard anything since as I thought I would receive a letter through asking us to come in for our yearly checks. I've called today & found out I'm not actually on their books. They've blamed it on the fact they had a new manager last year and they've not got any information on either me or my son, we are not even on the waiting list (well we won't be because we were given a place). What an Appalling service, absolutely disgusted! Wouldn't go there if someone paid me. I'm now left without a dentist as I gave up my previous placement for Orgreave! I wouldn't bother in future look elsewhere as this practice (if you can call them that) are a pathetic excuse of a dental service and to top it off they are closing for a full week next week. I suppose you only have to look at the premises to realise what a joke it is. Not only that what have they done with all my personal information and my sons? I filled in forms etc and they can't find anything! I will certainly be looking elsewhere due to their lack of regard for personal information that they conveniently have no record of and don't ever give up your place with another dentist for this pathetic excuse for a dentist it's not worth it even if they are closer to where you live!

The team at Orgreave Dental Surgery are fantastic - each and every member of staff goes above and beyond to support their patients. I don’t know where I would be without them. 10/10

Only good things to say after approx 15 years of dental care for my self & 2 children. Amazingly thorough, kind, friendly & patient. Welcoming environment always by all.
