Archway Motors

I use Archway for MOT and Servicing as it is a reliable and friendly garage. Today my car would not start so I rang Archway. He said battery will be flat I’ll organise a new one for you. Within an hour he was at my house which is nearby, and fitted new battery for me. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is!!

Would give this place 100 stars if I could. Mark especially, and his team are all fantastic. My car has had to have so much work done over the last year, and it’s always reasonably priced. I must call at least once a month - worried that something is wrong with my car, and they always make the time to have a look. Couldn’t recommend enough 👏🏼

This place was able to fit in my car for an urgent check/repair very quickly, when my usual garage couldn't. Received top class customer service, and at a very reasonable price. Before leaving, I mentioned what I thought was a minor issue, as 2 other garages had told me there was nothing to worry about. One mechanic, very familiar with Insignias, informed me of what the problem could be, & that it could turn into a very expensive repair, affecting several other parts of the car. Not only did they subsequently find, and fix, the problem; they caught it before major damage had been done, resulting in a much smaller bill. Really impressed with their skill, and their honesty, as they could easily have charged me for the work that wasn't required. Will definitely be using this excellent garage for all our future vehicle requirements. Been back today for my first M.O.T with them. Again excellent, friendly service, had to wait while they did it. Nice clean area with tea and coffee while I waited 😋. Cannot recommend enough.

I always feel uncomfortable going to a garage but this is the second time I have used archway motors for a puncture repair and felt so at ease. I came in with my little girl who was off school unwell and a lovely lady kindly helped her to juice in the waiting room and offered her a children's kit to play with whilst we waited. Fab friendly staff I really appreciated it.
