I had 14 points of damage on the vehicle. This was after it had been in... Including gouging the steering wheel. Unfortunately I was bullied into this garage by insurance.. Remember legally you can choose whoever you want to repair. Not this place! A third party assessment from my insurance has confirmed the issues (such as dents left in the door from pulling the dent out then painted over, bonnet not fully painted, door misalignment so it doesn't close properly, chips in areas painted and bad overspray and masking lines). This is confirmed by an external professional - NOT my nitpicking. Obviously some areas the assessor can't comment on, given it was assessed a week after collection. I would wholeheartedly avoid this garage as it has cost me hundreds in time spent alone..

After a rather unpleasant experience with my insurer, I was finally passed over to Steer Sheffield for the repair to my vehicle. Thankfully getting the repair booked in with them was so much easier than dealing with my insurer. The staff are exceptional and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair & organised the extension of my hire vehicle. Received a phone call confirming that they were completing their quality inspection & received an update by the next day confirming that the car was complete I collected my car and was amazed by the work that had been completed, I could tell that they had taken a great deal of care in the repair and finish of the vehicle & even gave it a good clean on the inside. The car now looks brand new & you cannot tell that there was any form of damage to the car. Thank you to all the staff involved in sorting it for me.

My BYD was in for repair for a scratch well happy with the out come they i was up dated on the repair well dun guys thank you for top job ..and my pup german sheppard got fuss has well lol x

Left a funny taste in my mouth after todays experience. Specifically waited until insurance said the other party was at fault, then had reassurance from steer that the fee has been waived so I wouldnt have to pay the excess. Today I get my car back and Two men are asking for the fee, to which I told them no twice... On top of this, they pull my dashcam out & leave the wire dangling. Who gave you the right to touch stuff not in any way shape or form relative to the repairs

Did a good job on repairing my car after a minor accident only took a few days. Impressed with the results.
