Helen is so patient and explained very details to me. I can feel she loves her job and all the staffs are super friendly and professional. My previous colour was light brown with highlights and changes to dark red. The result is so nice and exceeds my expectation. Thank you Helen😊
Never a bad experience here! All staff are really warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble! Helen is amazing, always has such a good vision with how the hair should look!

I have been going to Bloom for years. Vicki is the most wonderful, friendly and talented stylist. Going to get my hair done is much needed ‘me time’ and Vicki helps me relax, we have a good chat and I feel more myself again once i’ve left. I love the decor and atmosphere of Bloom. It’s a lovely and welcoming environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have never felt so good about my hair before coming to Bloom ! Jess listens (which is great ) but is also happy to advise ( which is even better than great ) she has an amazing creative eye with an understanding of how we need our hair to be like on an every day basis ! She is honest and wonderful and has a pure passion for colour ! The rest of the team make you feel welcome and part of the family xx I can't imagine having to go anywhere else xx
