Brilliant service from start to finish! Phoned for a boiler service and was booked in very quickly with no hassle. Got emails and texts few days in advance as a reminder and same when engineer was on his way. Had Nick for the service who was polite, friendly and did a service at a competitive price. All in all a brilliant company who I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family with no hesitation. 5 *

Mike at Sheffield Boilers responded quickly and visited my home to assess the suitability of replacing my existing boiler with a Viessmann Vitodens combi model. He was highly knowledgeable, and I felt confident in his understanding of the product. I agreed to proceed with the installation, and the gas engineer, Nick, carried out the work efficiently, on schedule, and with great care - leaving no mess behind. I now feel reassured that I can rely on Sheffield Boilers throughout the boiler’s 12‑year warranty period should any issues arise (though I hope none do). Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Sheffield Boilers.

Just had 1st class service from both Mike and Nick. Mike came out and quoted as for a new boiler and explained why we needed a new one and provided photos of our old one so we could see what the issues were (apart from the obvious one of water running through the ceiling and down the stairs). Nick came and fitted the new one and explained all the steps and when he was finished, tidied up, removed all the rubbish and cardboard and then explained how to set the app up and how to use it. He was very professional and obviously knew his stuff. Was very polite and pleasant. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend Sheffield Boilers to anyone. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Great stuff again. I needed a boiler repair, quickly. Sheffield Boilers came round the next day and figured out the problem. As the boiler was under warranty, Nick sorted out the solution with the boiler provider directly and it was all sorted within 24 hours. Great work, and we will use again

We called Mike on a Saturday afternoon/evening following a problem with our boiler. Mike was knowledgeable and helpful from the start over the phone helping diagnose the issue. We still needed a visit however to fix the issue and dispute being on his death bed at home with an illness he still made it out to us within the hour and got our issue resolved! Really nice and competitive price point too. We will definitely use Mike again when the need arises.
