Never had a problem but yesterday the pharmacist refused to give me birth control pills , even though I said I didn’t have enough at home hence why I only and can take one and that was it 🤣 what kind of stingey, greedy and selfish service is that, sort it out honestly. Will call in today to complain because honestly I am disgusted how someone needing a contraption pill and gets refused when I said ‘ I need enough at home’ . Is it that difficult?

My partner and I find all the staff and the pharmacist very helpful. Our nomad boxes are always ready in plenty of time, and we receive text notifications. So, no complaints. Highly recommend them.

just terrible service. The person took it upon themselves to send my prescribed medication. They ended up sending it to the wrong place and refusing to give me my money and my doctor's prescription!

Recently had a repeat prescription fulfilled. On picking it up the doctor had requested me to have a blood pressure test. The manager administered the test and recommended a 24hr ABPM and booked me in. Equipment was fitted, test completed, results good and normal. The staff were very helpful.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, but have to So that I can write a review. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks now for my medication, which they themselves confirmed when I called that it was ready for me to collect. I even double checked that we were talking about the same medication. Last week, I called the doctors and asked if they had sent the prescription as the pharmacy was saying now that there was nothing there in my name; The receptionist at the GP called them and then called me back to confirm it was ready to collect again. I then, went it collect the medication but then they had changed their opening times, I work full time in a school so it’s hard to get there with their “new” closing times. So my mum went, got sent back with the wrong prescription, medication that I had back in February. Then another call was made to confirm that the medication I NEED was there, they confirmed this. I went yesterday, they now make you wait outside, this was after 4pm, and you have to knock on the window. You’d think they’d have a doorbell or something.. nope. But, walked away with no medication again, because they had nothing there in my name, AGAIN. Called GP explained it all, and then asked to changed to a different pharmacy.. I have now :D
