Allied Pharmacy - Skelton Lane

Never got any of my tablets in, so I get half my tablets, then the rest 2/3weeks, never got my asthma spray in, the steriods one, so been blasting my blue inhaler, breathing is shocking, I find it wrong that their stock is never fully stocked, so wrong for a chemist to leave patient's without their medication, especially when it comes to someone's breathing, I won't be using this chemist again!!! The staff are nice don't get me wrong, but as a chemist, it's never fully stocked!!

Worst chemist I have ever used. Keep giving me the wrong brand despite my request and the gps. Prescriptions go missing. Get texts to say it’s ready and it’s not. Don’t text when prescriptions are ready and won’t do repeats. Asked for a specific brand and received some of this brand with another brand thrown in the box as well dangerous. . Delivery poor on the one time I had it as they left the prescription on my door step rather than knocking or putting inside the porch as per the note on my door. Very dangerous as somebody else could have picked up my medication from the step. Won’t be using again and have now got a new service that delivers and does repeat prescriptions, plus are experienced in ordering specific brands. Not that it’s too difficult to stick to the same brand as per GPs request and mine. Difficult to get served in person sometimes, and no discretion for customers asking for sensitive items. Ie server happily asks you what you want over the top of other peoples heads queueing despite you clearly saying it ok I’ll wait. Fed up and glad I’ve left because I regularly go without my meds for a week or two whilst they faff about.

My experience of this Pharmacy is wonderful. I visited the Pharmacy on Friday and was amazed at how well I was treated. Hannah was marvelous. Nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to sort out my medication and issues. Well done Allied. Keep up the good work!

I've been collecting my mother's meds up from this place for years now and since the new owners have taken over its been brilliant. Lovely staff that always go out of the way to help and the young lady behind the counter is always smiling and friendly which is lovely when you are having a rubbish day 😊

Totally incompetent, incapable of fulfilling a single nomad in 3 months without my intervention, move to new premises did not improve service, finally gave up and moved to another pharmacy.
