Awful pharmacy, main prescriber was fantastic ( Adrian ) but I dont see him around anymore. two ladies there at the time didnt get their names really need training on how to deal with customers, they were rude and incompetent. Shocking service! Would most definitely avoid this pharmacy if you can!

After driving over an hour to collect my prescription, Stood in the queue at 4.29, to be abruptly told that the chemist is closed from 4-30pm and I would have to call back. Really poor customer service as would have taken 2 mins to serve me and I was in the queue before 4-30pm

Couldn’t supply the full prescription so tried to give me 20% of the dose. How would that ever work? Even help the elderly who might not all their wits about them.

Served by the same girl on two separate occasions. She had the same bad attitude on both occasions and speaks in a very patronising way. Staff definitely need more training in customer service.

This pharmacy 😂: When you've left it at least 3 working days to be sure you can collect your prescription (without fear of them not getting it through constantly), then waited in the always long queues (which is fine because it's a busy Asda), today was greeted with the two ladies in front of me in the queue be being turned away because it's about to be their break time (again fair enough). However, don't turn us away with a smug grin on your face without even apologising.....
