Very good branch of boots conveniently situated in Crystal peaks shopping centre small Very friendly branch well stocked and welcoming nothing was too much trouble great friendly staff also a pharmacy so super useful
Very unprofessional staff not the first time neither. Would not go there again. The lady made sarcastic comments about my heath. Shouldn't be allowed to work in a chemist and the other who does medication wasnt much better. Very unprofessional and made to feel uncomfortable on a sunday afternoon when I felt so poorly.
It took half an hour of waiting in the queue to pick up my prescription today. They were clearly understaffed.
Poor pharmacy, don’t offer to order medication for prescriptions that you require even though they aren’t out of stock with supplier, never answer telephone
The Boots pharmacy at Drakehouse were very busy the staff were very courteous and efficient… the pharmacist was exceptional he showed care and professionalism and felt with my ailment quickly issuing a prescription date of experience 14/06/25
