I had an issue this evening (a Sunday) where I was filling the sink to wash my pots and the hot tap completely jammed, would not turn and it was stuck with the water running. I could not switch it off under the sink I tried everything and nothing would stop it. My partner had to come with his work tools and completely switch everything off at the outside mains on the street to stop it, so I had no water, heating etc. I googled for local plumbers and after trying a few who did not answer and the one who did couldn’t come out this evening, FH plumbing picked up quickly and was here just half an hour later after explaining my issue. He was very nice, polite and knowledgable, whilst also friendly and chatty, and took the time to explain everything and what he was doing. He looked at the offending tap, and fitted new stop taps underneath very efficiently and showed me how to use them. I was very happy with the service, and especially grateful for him coming out on a Sunday evening and not leaving me in the lurch without water and heating. (My 3 hairless cats especially appreciate it as they were cold!). I highly recommend FH plumbing and should I need a plumber in the future he will be the first call I make. Thank you very much!

We had a replacement boiler, a new radiator and a new toilet fitted, all in one day. Service is friendly, and efficient, with Fatmir talking me through everything I need to know in a clear, easy to understand way. I can't recommend FH plumbing enough 👍

Fatmeir is fantastic. He clearly takes a lot of pride in safety, cleanliness and going the extra mile to help. After coming over for a routine check, he discovered a major issue. He discussed the issue and even managed to move some things around to accommodate fixing it on the same day so that we were not inconvenienced. Absolutely would recommended!

Awesome ! They came on short notice and on a Sunday , did a really thorough job had my boiler up and running same day, meanwhile another Tec came the previous day claiming it required spare parts and couldn't be fixed the same day. These guys are very efficient and very honest . Great job!!!

Phoned FH Plumbing at short notice and they came to service my boiler the same day. Engineer was polite friendly and efficient he made a really thorough job and rectified the slight problem I had with my boiler 5 star rating for a 5 star service.
