Visited Handsworth Post Office while passing through Sheffield. There’s convenient parking right outside, which was a big help. The staff were really nice and friendly, offering great customer service. Although the post office itself is small, it’s well organized and everything is clearly labelled, making it easy to find what you need. There’s still enough space to move around comfortably. Overall, a pleasant visit.
The team at this Post Office are always helpful, efficient, and professional. They handle parcels and services with care, and even when busy they remain patient and courteous. Visited the Post Office as I was passing through the area. Great customer service. Very warm welcome with smile and positive attitude. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The team always go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience! The only post office I could find open on Christmas Eve afternoon and the gentleman was cheery and so helpful which I was massively grateful for with a large haul of 60 parcels to dispatch.
Not my most localised post office but my 'go to' location whenever I have important mailing needs, I will purposely take a detour to Handsworth post office so to avoid other post offices in the area who's level of service - care & organisation is sadly poor to average at best, Handsworth always offers the very best of high standards of the above noted service levels needed & they have my complete trust in all that they deliver ( pardon the pun ) A special mention needs to be made for Jo & Jay who I find to be exceptional employees at Handsworth, they are the best of examples of high standard service that other locations in the area im sure would have a very hard time getting even close to the levels experienced by myself, both Jo & Jay have gone a long way to contributing to my review placed here today, To conclude I would like to pass on to the post office manager & all the team at the location a massive well done on the impressive service you all deliver each & every day👍
